E NATURE Moringa Cleansing Balm

This sherbet-like balm is to be used in the first step of double-cleansing. This balm effectively cleanses the skin of makeup, excess sebum and other impurities accumulated during the day. Enriched with Moringa Pterygosperma seed extract, this formula works to improve collagen levels and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, preventing signs of ageing. Suitable for all skin types. 

How to use

Apply the balm onto the face and massage to remove makeup and impurities. Rinse off with lukewarm water and follow with a foam cleanser to complete your double cleansing routine. 

Conduct a patch test first. Use only as directed on the packaging. Avoid storing in high/low temperatures or in areas exposed to direct sunlight. Stop using if it causes any allergic reaction and seek medical advice.

Additional Delivery Information

Please note that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when placing an order, Skin2Seoul holds no responsibility and does not bare the cost for re-delivery. Further, if an order is returned due to wrong address or not collected from the customer's local Royal Mail office, then please note for re-delivery the customer will have to pay the postage fee plus return fee of £2.00. 

If you wish to have a refund on these orders, please note the postage fee plus return fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Customers are responsible for custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties.

Late or lost parcels

On the occasion when a parcel is delayed please bear in mind delivery is not in our control. However, our customer service team will help you to raise an investigation with Royal Mail. In the interim period, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement until the investigation has been concluded. Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days to get back to us therefore we would kindly ask for your patience.
