Especially designed for dry and dehydrated skin, this Mediheal N.M.F  – (Nutrient Moisturizing Factor) hydrogel mask's formulation is developed by skin specialists and contains twice as much hyaluronic acid as the Mediheal N.M.F Aquaring Ampoule Mask. Combined with Ceramide, Witch hazel and Damask rose water this mask  deeply moisturises, replenishes the skin and tightens enlarged pores whilst strengthening the skin barrier and maintaining skin-water balance. This mask uses water-soluble hydrogel technology that has a reservoir storage system, can quickly penetrate active ingredients into skin cells deeply, soothe skin & has good adhesion to prevent moisture loss & retain essence within the skin.  

How to use

After cleansing and toning, open the pouch and remove the protective films of each side of both masks (upper and lower part of the face).Place the embossed surface against the skin. Apply the upper mask around the eyes; while the lower, around the lips. Leave it on for 10–20 min, and enjoy the cooling and resting time. Then, remove the mask.

Use only as directed on the packaging. Avoid storing in high/low temperatures or in areas exposed to direct sunlight. Stop using if it causes any allergic reaction and seek medical advice.

Additional Delivery Information

Please note that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when placing an order, Skin2Seoul holds no responsibility and does not bare the cost for re-delivery. Furthermore, if an order is returned due to a wrong address or not collected from the customer's local Royal Mail office, then please note for a re-delivery the customer will have to pay the postage fee plus return fee of £2.50. 

If you wish to have a refund on these orders, please note the postage fee plus return fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Customers are responsible for custom fees, taxes, tariffs or duties.

For International orders if the custom fee is not paid and the order is returned to us, then we will deduct the shipping and return fee from the refund. 

Late or lost parcels

On the occasion when a parcel is delayed, please bear in mind delivery is not in our control. However, our customer service team will help you to raise an investigation with Royal Mail. In the interim period, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement until the investigation has been concluded. Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days to get back to us therefore, we would kindly ask for your patience.
