Returns & Refunds

You can return any item for a refund within 21 days of receiving your original order. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please note we do not offer returns for international orders

Please note we have exceptions: Minis cannot be returned for safety and hygiene purposes as they do not have a seal. Once these products are purchased there is a no returns policy - all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging which must be unopened. 

To complete your return, please follow these steps:

1. You must email us at State your order ID and the items you wish to have returned.

2. Clearly state whether you would like a refund, exchange or a replacement.

3. Pack the items securely in the original product packaging. 

4. Post the package back to the address given in an email.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed and appear back in your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please also note in case of part refund and your order falls below the free shipping threshold, in that event the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Items that are returned back to Skin2Seoul from our delivery partners. If you wish to receive a refund any package sent back to us by our delivery partners; Skin2Seoul reserve the right to refund the price of the goods only, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you wish to have the package sent out again, Skin2Seoul reserve the right to charge additionally for the second shipping. 

Additional Delivery Information

Please note that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when placing an order, Skin2Seoul holds no responsibility and does not bare the cost for re-delivery. Furthermore, if an order is returned due to a wrong address or not collected from the customer's local Royal Mail office, then please note for a re-delivery the customer will have to pay the postage fee. 

If you wish to have a refund on these orders, please note the postage fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Damages & Issues/Orders damaged in transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt, contact us and include photos/videos immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us at so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. In order to be eligible for a replacement or a refund you MUST provide images/video of the order or each individual product(s) that are damaged.
