Q. What are the delivery options?
A. We offer free tracked standard delivery on UK orders over £35 (2 - 3 working days) and £4.95 on orders under £35.
For EU Countries, we offer free standard tracked delivery on orders over £75.
For Rest of World, we offer free standard tracked delivery on orders over £100.

Q. Can I change my order?
A. Please contact us as soon as possible for a cancellation request. This will depend on whether or not the parcel has left the warehouse.
Q. Where can i find the expiry date of the product i have purchased?
A. The expiration or the use by date will be written on the product.
Q. Can I use more than one promo code for an order?
A. Unfortunately, you can only use one promo code per order.
We use the secure Shopify Payments platform which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Apple Pay or you can use Paypal method.
Returns & Refunds
Q. How do I refund an item?
A. You may return any items within 21 days of purchase & receive a refund or exchange as long as the product is not damaged or opened & is in a resalable condition.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons we can not accept return of any opened or used products. Also items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
Q. Will I receive my postage costs back if I return the items for a refund?
A. Unfortunately not. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. The shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you using a tracked shipping method as we cannot process the refund if we haven't received the returned item.
Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?
A. You should receive your refund within 10 working days.
Q. I have experienced a reaction to a product. Can I send it back or get a refund?
Always ensure you read the labels for ingredients and directions of use for our products to prevent an allergic reaction. We highly recommend doing a patch test on a wrist or behind the ear to avoid any skin reaction on your face.
If you suffer an adverse reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact our customer service team.
Please be aware that in both instances we cannot accept responsibility and we will not issue a refund. We may refer you to the manufacturer, requesting that you deal with them directly.
We will however, do our best to resolve any issues you may have as efficiently as we possibly can.
