Job desciption:

Working within a busy office warehouse.
Overseeing health & safety, ensuring compliance and maintain a safe working environment. Quality Control on product restocks and checking for missing or damaged products. Proficiency in working with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Royal Mail click drop.
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data & trends to drive business growth & performance.
Developing and managing staff rotas.
Processing customer orders – with accuracy and care.
Provide customer support – primarily via email and social media.
Process customer returns.
Daily printing despatch/shipping labels.
Receive restocks and keep all the warehouse operations, run smoothly.
Providing training to our new team members.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Managing all aspects of the operation of the warehouse (ordering warehouse supplies),
notifying purchase manager of low inventory.
Month end reports on stock to purchasing manager.
37.5 Hours Per Week 
Salary - £38,700 
Qualification & experience
Must have good IT skills. Excel, Word & Outlook.
Have experience delivering excellent customer support in an e-commerce environment.
An individual with a passion for helping customers.
Hard working, efficient, responsible, a fast learner, well organised and punctual.
Education – A-Level or equivalent preferred.

Customer Service Manager (B2C) 
Job description
Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone and other communication
channels – promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing product
information.
Manage and assist in the fulfilment of customer orders collaborating with other teams to
ensure seamless order processing and resolution of any issues.
Offer product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience of our customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate
information to customers.
Assist with product uploads and online visual merchandising to optimise product visibility
and sales.
Participate in discussions for website updates and improvements with the head of e-commerce.

You will be working alongside our marketing team to create design & execute variety of exciting new design & marketing projects.
Confident, experienced & creative, you will be hands on in all aspects of the design & marketing activities, whilst also liaising with some external resources for web, digital & print requirements.
With a solid foundation of marketing & design skills, you will have a good understanding of the digital world & be proactive to improve our market presence & brand awareness.
You will contribute to seasonal & product development campaigns ensuring all aspects of each campaign are integrated, engaging and correspond with the overall messages of the
brand. A creative thirst for idea generation and the creation of engaging content is key to this role.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design.

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet
deadlines.
