Any orders placed after 12 pm will usually be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Please note: Our EU & International customers are responsible for custom fees, taxes, tariffs or duties. For EU & International orders if the custom fee is not paid and the order is returned to us, then we will deduct the shipping and return fee from the refund. 

Also please note that shipping times are impacted by customs clearance in your specific country. We have no control over customs processing so shipping may take over 20 working days.

Additional Delivery Information

Please note that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when placing an order, Skin2Seoul holds no responsibility and does not bare the cost for re-delivery. Furthermore, if an order is returned due to a wrong address or not collected from the customer's local Royal Mail office, then please note for a re-delivery the customer will have to pay the postage fee. 

If you wish to have a refund on these orders, please note the postage fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Also, please note that we do not offer returns from international orders.

Cancelling / Modifying orders

Our warehouse team strives to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible which means that there is very little timeframe in which we can amend orders. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Please note if you email us after the hour of placing your order we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change your order especially if it has already been processed or dispatched. Late or lost parcels

On the occasion when a parcel is delayed, please bear in mind delivery is not in our control. However, our customer service team will help you to raise an investigation with Royal Mail. In the interim period, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement until the investigation has been concluded. Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days to get back to us therefore, we would kindly ask for your patience.
