After cleansing and toning your skin, peel off the protection film and apply the sheet (the embo side, starting with the lower half of the mask) to your face and smooth it gently over the skin. Finish with the upper half of the mask. After 20-30 minutes remove the mask and pat the excess essence for absorption.
