For the scalp:

1. Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.

2. Take a small amount of the scrub and gently massage into the scalp using your fingertips, focusing on areas prone to oiliness or dryness.

3. Rinse thoroughly and follow with your regular shampoo and conditioner if desired.

For the body:

1. Apply to damp skin during your shower or bath.

2. Massage gently in circular motions, targeting rough or dry areas such as elbows, knees, and feet.

3. Rinse off completely with warm water.
