For the scalp:

1. Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.

2. Take a small amount of the scrub and gently massage it into your scalp using your fingertips, focusing on areas prone to oil build-up or flakiness.

3. Rinse thoroughly and follow with shampoo and conditioner if desired.

For the body:

1. Apply to damp skin in the shower or bath.

2. Gently massage in circular motions, paying special attention to dry or rough areas like elbows, knees and heels.

3. Rinse off with warm water.
