As retinol is sensitive to light and heat, it is recommended to use the product in the evening.

Always use sunscreen after applying retinol.

After cleansing and toning, apply a sheet mask over the face and leave it on for 10 - 20 minutes. Gently pat any remaining essence to allow absorption.
