Apply the Tocobo Juicy Berry Plumping Lip Oil evenly across clean, dry lips using the built-in applicator. For a more intense colour and gloss, apply a second layer. Wear throughout the day as needed for hydration, shine and a plumping effect. You can also layer it over your favourite lip colour for enhanced shine and a juicy finish.
