After cleansing and toning, apply the mask evenly to the face, adjusting around the eyes and mouth.

Leave on for 10–20 minutes, allowing the essence to absorb into the skin.

Remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.

Follow with your moisturiser to lock in hydration.
